Bottom row: 1, 5, 9-10, 20
Top row: 3
Row 2: 3, 8, 12
Row 8/9: 5, 7, 12, 17
Row 10: 5, 7, 12, 18
Row 11: 9
R 13: 2, 8, 13
I think it should be logical from there, let me know if not! :)
