frustration 8 queens

I don't understand this - if it's unsolvable, why post it?

The author is trying to make a point about presumably crappy illogical puzzles being posted by others.

This whole idea of illogical hanjie with starting points given is just pointless and stupid. Even more so because it doesn't result in a pleasing image that was seemingly put care into.

The 8 Queens puzzle is a classic "logic puzzle?" I don't even know, where you're tasked with putting 8 queens onto a chess board where no queen is able to strike any of the others in one move. It's REALLY difficult, but there are 12 unique solutions (96 if you include rotations and reflections). I have only recently found this website and already I have come across many illogical puzzles, so I heartily agree with this author.
