frustration (15)

One tile puzzles. How frustrating. But that's not the purpose of this puzzle's frustration release.

Know how there are some puzzles that have a second puzzle to them? Some are pretty fun, especially when you figure out the answer through the picture. Some, though, are still just as confusing and have nothing to do with the puzzle you're on. And when you do puzzles during the night with lack of sleep, you don't want to put so much effort into solving the second puzzle the description has. This just causes a lot more chaos when the answer isn't apparent and you do not have any confirmation of the answer, so you dwell on this and just feel frustrated at your own incompetence.

So, in a way, this is just an allegory of when I would do many, many puzzles for hours with no halt and my brain is screaming at me to take a break. But then there's the score and rank, and you just want to get up there...

Anyway, to solve this puzzle, I'm going to have you solve another puzzle to get the answers to this puzzle, making it no longer a hanjie! ... Wait, didn't I do this with Frustration (13)?

Hints will be easy since I can't think straight due to making this puzzle while tired. Remember, folks! Never sleep and puzzle! For me, never sleep-make puzzles... Which I do way too often. Hence, my name.

Also, I ramble a lot when tired. Can you tell? If you couldn't, then let me exclaim it throughout the entire galaxy of how I love the incomprehensive mysteries of the world and my frustration of language barriers since I want to actually understand what these anime characters are speaking without subtitles that cover up the bottom of the screen, especially when there's a good action scene taking place and there are these huge hunking text cove-

Hints:
The further down the puzzle, the greater the number becomes.
C5's tile is greater than C3.
C4's tile is the greatest amount.
C2's tile is two tiles less than C1.
C1's tile is centered.
