The Whisper Man is the sole keeper of all the world's secrets. Good secrets, bad secrets, he knows them all. Whether they be whispered between friends, or even whispered to nothing but the wind, he knows them all. He may not be able to see, but his ears can hear all. You cannot hide anything from the Whisper Man.
