Vogüé is perhaps one of the ten most charming villages in France. And, unusually, the entire village of Vogüé is a listed site. Vogüé hugs the contours of the hill; as you wander here and there, you come across beautiful medieval buildings at every turn in the narrow streets.
At the summit stands the 11th-century castle, a proud testament to the power of the noble Vogüé family of the Ardèche, who gave the village its name. It cuts a fine figure with its four towers, two of which are imposing structures at the front.
Difficulty ****
D'expérience, je sais que c'est parfois un casse-tête de rendre logique ce genre de grille, avec des carrés isolés un peu partout.
