  • After much trial and error I finally did it. You have to guess A LOT. It might help to think of Rafiki's drawing of Simba from The Lion King.

  • The face is completely symetrical.

  • Sorry for the troubles :-( Here some hints:
    The form of the head is easy. The shades of the two ears are in a distance of one square: upper ear: column 13 - row 4, 5; column 14 - row 3, 4; column 15 - row 2, 3; column 16 - row 2; and symetrical down. Lower ear: column 2 - row 15, 16, 17; column 3 - row 14, 15; 16, 17; column 4 - row 13, 14; 17, 18; column 5 - row 13 and 19.
The line of the mouth: connect diagonal the "5"s in column 16 and column 21 and one extra in column 18 - row 18. From this square you can draw the nose and the two eyes: two "1"s diagonal up (17/17 and 16/16); the nose starts 12/15 (first column, then row) and ends 15/12; the lower eye starts 8/17 and ends 11/14; the upper eye starts 14/11 and ends 17/8. The hole picture is symetrical of the diagonal. Good luck :-)
