Tom Turcich set off from New Jersey in 2015 on a world-wide walking trip. In Texas, he adopted a puppy, Savannah, and together they completed the journey through 38 countries for seven years. He is just one of many who have done this, but Savannah is, as far as I know, the first dog to walk around the world.
