Nyx

Nyx, born of Chaos, is the Greek goddess of the night. She is so beautiful that she is feared by Zeus himself. She gave birth to other personified deities, such as Hypnos (Sleep) and Thanatos (Death), Aether (Luminosity) and Hemera (Day), all with Erebus (Darkness). Later, alone, Nyx gives birth to Moros (Doom, Destiny), Keres (Destruction, Death), Thanatos (Death), Hypnos (Sleep), Oneiroi (Dreams), Momus (Blame), Oizys (Pain, Détresse ), the Hesperides, the Moirai (Fates), Nemesis (Punishment), Apate (Deceit), Philotes (Friendship), Geras (Old Age) and Eris (Conflict).
