This is the chief of my department, whom i like as much as i like a rat in my garden :)) my first week was a silent war with him and i seem to have won the war for now. he's still my chief officially, but in practice, i work for one of the big bosses. you wonder why he hates me?? only because i have a better degree than him and he saw me as a threat to his future promotion.
