This puzzle has lots of solutions.

Not logical after a point, too many possible answers to solve.

Two hours of trial and error ... why do I have to be such a completionist?

I tried many times to solve this puzzle and I just managed it. The puzzle is symmetrical horizontally, vertically and diagonally.

SPOILER:

there are four diagonal arrows, the arrowhead is formed by the 4s
in the space between the arrows are four boxes with a cross in them.

I know this is old, but this is absolutely one of the worst puzzles on this site. the second half is PURE guess work. I found at least 6 unique incorrect answers before I got the correct one.

In order to solve, you must know that there are diagonal lines connecting the "arrows" in the four corners to the center. Hopefully that helps.

A good design, but a bad hanjie.
