Yeah I agree I did a lot of guess workbut finally managed to get it.
Some hints: there is a white (unfilled heart) at the bottom that is 7x7 in size. The two sides are r25 c10-16, c18 There is a dragon's nose start r11-12, c25 Everything is connected diagonally (ie: r25c18, r24c19)
