Venus is one of the first four Stardroids that Mega Man must fight in Mega Man V, on the Game Boy.
As the other Stardroids, he was built by an ancient alien civilization that Dr. Wily found in some unnamed ruins.
He was then reprogrammed by Dr. Wily to help him conquer the world.
