Skull Man
Skull Man is a Robot Master created specially for combat by Dr. Cossack. Unlike Cossack's other robots, only him and Ring Man were made specifically for combat with the purpose to kill Mega Man.
He appeared for the first time as a boss in Mega Man 4, on the NES.
