Pharaoh Man is a Robot Master originally created by Dr. Cossack with high adaptability to the dark to explore pyramids and other ancient ruins. It was then reprogrammed by Dr.Wily in order to fight against Mega Man.
He appeared for the first time as a boss in Mega Man 4 on the NES.
