It seems to be fairly logical once you color in r25:c21-23 and r3:c2-3 (found using temporary mode). A little guessing reguired at the end, but it's easy to figure out by looking at the whole picture.

Majority of the puzzle is logical. Only the last handful of dots are ambiguous. Easy to guess based on the rest of the image. Great image! Thank you!
