"First prepare your, first prepare your batter
Laid in a flat, in a flat container
And before discussion
You can turn on your, can turn on your oven"
Like when we cook a cake, there are several steps to create a hanjie:
- Of course we start by having an inspiration, an idea to share. So we set to work.
- The first attempt is often missed, then we start again and start testing our recipe again until we are satisfied with the result.
- Once we have managed to make the dough puffed with logic, we get to adding our personal ingredients: a little method for more consistency, a small aesthetic detail, a hint of history or stories, an answer to seek, a note of poetry...
- When all this is ready, we can serve, but before we describe the cake, we tell all its story and what it represents for us.
But the most important ingredient, in my opinion, is the sweetness brought by the guests in their comments from the most sober to the craziest, from the negative to the encouraging, which give us both the desire to continue and the opportunity to improve ourselves; and above all, the smile that we can guess, hidden between the lines.
Thank you all for accompanying me with all these comments.
Difficulty : *****
Tested, logical.
For those who need it, I can give you the recipe, but just know that there is a generous dose of edge-logic.
Good blackenage.
Et mes meilleurs voeux !!
Pierre.
