The puzzle is actually 100% logical, you just have to infer a single block.
I started from the left. The top 1 in column 7 can only go in the top row, although it takes one or two further inferences to rule out some of the five other places it might be. Everything else follows from that.
This is my first created puzzle. I didn't know how to test it before submitting it. Playing it myself, I see that it isn't logical. I'd like to edit it to make it logical. Would someone be able to tell me how to do this please?
